Product Introduction
Drilling mud agitator is mainly used for stirring and mixing of drilling fluids to prevent the solid particles from depositing in its tank circulation system, making the performance of circulating drilling fluid stable, and mixing evenly. In order to keep the uniformity of drilling fluids and to suspend the solid particles, it is necessary to install mud agitator on the circulating tank. Stirring plays a very important role in accelerating the reaction, dissolution and wetting of drilling fluids (eg. bentonite, barite) and chemical additives. Stirring increases the contact area between the phases, and allows the two phases to interact with each other at a greater speed.
TR Solids Control provides both vertical and horizontal mud agitator. Horizontal agitator is divided into coupling type and direct type agitator. If you need a horizontal agitator, we recommend you use a direct type agitator. Our mud agitator has reasonable price and superior quality.
