Introduction
Drilling mud agitators are the mud mixers on circulating tank. TR mud agitators includes the horizontal and vertical type. That is meant by motor mounting direction. Nowadays, more and more users prefer the helical bevel geared agitator. This is because that the helical bevel gear box will be more stable and reliable than the helical worm and wheel gearbox.
The cuttings are a major component of the harmful solid phase. To remove the harmful solid phase, they must be suspended, and then injected into the desander, desilter and centrifuge can be achieved. Useful solid phases, such as various aggravating materials (hematite powder, barite powder) and small amount of bentonite, they also need to be suspended evenly to keep stable density and other properties of the drilling fluid. Therefore, mud agitator is required to reliably and continuously operate to avoid precipitation of the solid phase.
